Top Up Training With the user's permission, Wise.NET can share the user's computer and deliver an on-line training session via the internet and telephone, eliminating expensive travel costs and saving considerable amounts of time. Also, as Wise.NET is a web-based application, the client is able to access their database from any location with internet access making on-line training easy with Wise.NET. User Guide and Workbooks To compliment hands-on training, Wise.NET includes comprehensive user guides and training workbooks. The user guide is a full-colour document with step-by-step instructions and screenshots. The Wise.NET Workbooks contain a series of self-paced exercises for new users to quickly learn Wise.NET basics. Support Requests Users can log support requests from within Wise.NET. Users receive a reference number and can track the resolution progress of their request.
